Description
New York style pizza rolls filled with mozzarella and garlic butter.
Ingredients

- 1 package pizza dough
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup garlic butter
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into squares.
- Place mozzarella cheese and a drizzle of garlic butter in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with marinara sauce.
Notes
- Make sure to seal the edges well to prevent filling from leaking.
- You can add pepperoni or vegetables to the filling if desired.
- Adjust the garlic butter to your taste.
