Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Cut the pastry into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the cream mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over to form a triangle and seal the edges.
- Beat the egg with milk and brush the mixture over each pastry.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
