A delicious no-bake cheesecake inspired by the classic Black Forest cake.
Ingredients

- 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate shavings
Instructions
- Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream and vanilla extract in another bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Add a layer of cherry pie filling over the cheesecake.
- Top with the remaining cheesecake mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, garnish with dark chocolate shavings and additional cherry pie filling.
Notes
- Use full-fat cream cheese for best results.
- Chill the cheesecake overnight for better texture.
- Optional: add whipped cream on top for decoration.
