- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup brownie batter (prepared)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the brownie batter until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Slice and serve chilled.

- Use store-bought brownie mix for convenience.
- Chill overnight for best flavor and texture.
- Top with chocolate shavings or nuts if desired.
