- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Stir in caramel sauce and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of mini muffin tins.
- Fill each cup with the cheesecake mixture.
- Chill for at least 2 hours until set.
- Top with chocolate chips before serving.
