Description

These are easy, no-bake cookies made with cranberries and pecans.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix pecans, cranberries, and oats.
  2. In a saucepan, heat honey and nut butter until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract and salt.
  4. Pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  5. Drop spoonfuls onto parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
