Description
These are easy, no-bake cookies made with cranberries and pecans.
Ingredients

- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix pecans, cranberries, and oats.
- In a saucepan, heat honey and nut butter until smooth.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla extract and salt.
- Pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls onto parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can substitute almonds for pecans.
- Add chocolate chips for extra flavor.
