Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
- Pour in the Irish cream and vanilla extract, mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Stir in the melted white chocolate until fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Serve chilled, optionally topped with more white chocolate or chocolate shavings.
