- 1 cup white chocolate chips (for filling)
- 1 cup white chocolate (for coating, optional)
- Powdered sugar, for rolling (optional)
- Shredded coconut, for rolling (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
- Add powdered sugar gradually and mix until fully combined.
- Stir in orange zest, orange juice, and orange extract.
- Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20 seconds, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers and mix until the dough holds its shape.
- Scoop and roll into small truffle balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours until firm.
- Coat truffles with your choice of melted white chocolate, powdered sugar, or shredded coconut.
- Chill again briefly if using melted chocolate coating.
- Store in the refrigerator or freezer until ready to serve.
