  • 1 1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (for filling)
  • 1 cup white chocolate (for coating, optional)
  • Powdered sugar, for rolling (optional)
  • Shredded coconut, for rolling (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add powdered sugar gradually and mix until fully combined.
  3. Stir in orange zest, orange juice, and orange extract.
  4. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20 seconds, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Add crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers and mix until the dough holds its shape.
  6. Scoop and roll into small truffle balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours until firm.
  8. Coat truffles with your choice of melted white chocolate, powdered sugar, or shredded coconut.
