A simple and delicious dessert made with Jell-O and marshmallows.
Ingredients

- 1 package of Jell-O (any flavor)
- 2 cups of mini marshmallows
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 1 cup of boiling water
- 1/2 cup of cold water
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Dissolve the Jell-O in boiling water.
- Add cold water and stir well.
- Let the mixture cool until it starts to thicken.
- Fold in mini marshmallows and whipped cream.
- Add vanilla extract and mix gently.
- Pour into a mold and refrigerate until set.
Notes
- Use any flavor of Jell-O that you prefer.
- For a fruity twist, add fresh fruits.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance.
