Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar.
- Add eggs, non-alcoholic gin, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing into squares.
