Ingredients

- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine milk and cream. Heat over medium until warm.
- Whisk in cocoa powder and sugar until dissolved.
- Add chocolate chips and stir until melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Serve hot, topped with whipped cream.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Add a pinch of salt to enhance chocolate flavor.
