Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix oats, flour, sugars, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Fill muffin tins with batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Can substitute whole wheat flour for a healthier option.
- Add nuts for extra crunch if desired.
