Ingredients

- 2 pounds shrimp, deveined
- 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 cups water
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with 4 cups of water.
- Add the Old Bay seasoning, lemon slices, and onion.
- Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Add the shrimp to the pot.
- Cover and steam for 3-5 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove the pot from heat and drain the shrimp.
- Serve with extra lemon and Old Bay seasoning.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen shrimp.
- Adjust Old Bay seasoning to taste.
- Serve with cocktail sauce for extra flavor.
