Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of crushed graham crackers
  • 2 cups of powdered sugar
  • 1 cup of sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 1 lb of chocolate coating or melting chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine pecans, graham crackers, powdered sugar, coconut, and peanut butter.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls or patties.
  4. Place on a wax paper-lined tray and refrigerate until firm.
  5. Melt the chocolate coating in a microwave or double boiler.
  6. Dip each candy into the chocolate, coating completely.
  7. Return to the wax paper and let the chocolate set before serving.
