Ingredients

- 1 cup green olives, pitted
- 1 cup black olives, pitted
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Blend green and black olives in a food processor until finely chopped.
- Add cream cheese, sour cream, olive oil, parsley, garlic powder, and lemon juice.
- Process until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with pita chips or vegetable sticks.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
