A simple recipe for baked Italian sub sandwiches made in one pan.

- 4 Italian sub rolls
- 8 ounces sliced salami
- 8 ounces sliced ham
- 8 ounces sliced provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoncini
- 1/2 cup sliced olives
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the Italian sub rolls in half and place them on a baking sheet.
- Layer salami and ham on the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Add provolone cheese on top of the meats.
- Sprinkle pepperoncini and olives over the cheese.
- Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper on top.
- Place the top halves of the rolls on the sandwiches.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts and the rolls are golden.
- Slice and serve warm.
