Ingredients

  • 4 Italian sub rolls
  • 8 ounces sliced salami
  • 8 ounces sliced ham
  • 8 ounces sliced provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoncini
  • 1/2 cup sliced olives
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the Italian sub rolls in half and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Layer salami and ham on the bottom halves of the rolls.
  4. Add provolone cheese on top of the meats.
  5. Sprinkle pepperoncini and olives over the cheese.
  6. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper on top.
  7. Place the top halves of the rolls on the sandwiches.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts and the rolls are golden.
  9. Slice and serve warm.
