- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, ranch dressing, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Add broccoli and bell peppers on top of the chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle cooked rice over the vegetables.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.

- Feel free to add other vegetables of your choice.
- You can use leftover chicken for a quicker meal.
