Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup honey BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is browned.
  3. Add penne pasta and honey BBQ sauce. Stir well.
  4. Add broccoli florets and enough water to cover the pasta.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked.
  6. If using, sprinkle shredded cheese on top and cover until melted.
