A simple and delicious one-pan dish featuring chicken and penne pasta in a tangy honey BBQ sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 cups penne pasta
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup honey BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is browned.
- Add penne pasta and honey BBQ sauce. Stir well.
- Add broccoli florets and enough water to cover the pasta.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked.
- If using, sprinkle shredded cheese on top and cover until melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
- Add more vegetables like bell peppers or carrots if desired.
- Adjust the amount of BBQ sauce for more or less tanginess.
