Ingredients

- 8 oz spaghetti
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in vegetable broth and lemon juice.
- Add spaghetti and bring to a boil.
- Cook until pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in grated parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
