Ingredients

- 4 medium onions, peeled and quartered
- 2 liters of water
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil in a large pot.
- Add onions, salt, and pepper.
- Boil for 20 minutes until onions are tender.
- In a separate pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Drain the onions and toss them with sautéed garlic.
- Serve warm.
