A moist and flavorful cake made with semolina and oranges.
Ingredients

- 1 cup semolina
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix semolina, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add yogurt, orange juice, oil, and orange zest. Mix well.
- If using, fold in chopped nuts.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- This cake can be served warm or at room temperature.
