- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 200g broccoli, chopped
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the orecchiette and cook according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chopped broccoli and cook until tender.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet.
- Mix well, then stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, omit the Parmesan or use a vegan alternative.
- You can add red pepper flakes for extra heat.
