- 8 Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups rice, cooked and cooled
- 4 sheets of nori seaweed
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/4 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add the crushed Oreos to the cream cheese mixture and blend well.
- Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat.
- Spread a layer of rice over the nori, leaving some space at the top.
- Spread a layer of the Oreo cream cheese mixture on the rice.
- Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat.
- Slice the roll into pieces using a sharp knife.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup and top with whipped cream before serving.

- Use a wet knife to cut the sushi rolls cleanly.
