Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups rice, cooked and cooled
  • 4 sheets of nori seaweed
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add the crushed Oreos to the cream cheese mixture and blend well.
  4. Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat.
  5. Spread a layer of rice over the nori, leaving some space at the top.
  6. Spread a layer of the Oreo cream cheese mixture on the rice.
  7. Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat.
  8. Slice the roll into pieces using a sharp knife.
  9. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and top with whipped cream before serving.
