Ingredients

- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- In a large bowl, combine carrots, red cabbage, bell pepper, green onion, and cilantro.
- Add cooked noodles to the vegetable mixture.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey.
- Pour dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
