- 8 oz feta cheese
- 1 package of phyllo dough
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, crumble the feta cheese.
- Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough and brush with olive oil.
- Place a spoonful of feta on one end of the dough.
- Roll the dough over the feta and seal the edges.
- Repeat until all feta is used.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with egg wash.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a small pot, heat honey and stir in chili flakes.
- Drizzle the chili honey over the rolls before serving.
