- 1 cup coffee, brewed and cooled
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur
- Cocoa powder, for dusting
Instructions
- Prepare coffee and let it cool.
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone, heavy cream, sugar, and coffee liqueur until smooth.
- Dip panettone slices in coffee briefly.
- Layer panettone in a dish, adding mascarpone mixture between layers.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used up.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
