Instructions

  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Punch down the dough and divide it into small pieces.
  7. Roll each piece into a knot shape.
  8. Place knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley. Brush over the knots.
