Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Spread the sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
  7. Serve hot.
