Description
Parmesan Roasted Brussel Sprouts are flavorful and easy to prepare. They make a great side dish.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread the sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of the sprouts.
- For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
