A patty melt with a secret sauce that adds a unique flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 slices of rye bread
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Cook the sliced onions in butter until caramelized.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to make the secret sauce.
- Form the ground beef into patties.
- Cook the patties on medium heat until desired doneness.
- Assemble the patty melts: Spread secret sauce on bread, add a patty, cheese, and onions.
- Top with another slice of bread and grill on both sides until golden brown.
