Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Steam the broccoli until tender, about 5 minutes.
- In a pan, sauté the mushrooms in butter until soft.
- In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the steamed broccoli and sautéed mushrooms to the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
