- 4 large egg whites
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 2 cups mixed fresh fruits (kiwi, strawberries, blueberries)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
- In a clean bowl, whisk the egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add the granulated sugar while whisking until stiff peaks form.
- Mix in the vanilla extract and vinegar.
- Shape the meringue into a wreath on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let it cool completely.
- Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Spread the cream over the cooled meringue.
- Top with mixed fresh fruits.
