A delicious Pavlova Wreath topped with fresh berries and whipped cream.


Ingredients

  • 4 large egg whites
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. Whisk egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gradually add sugar, whisking until glossy.
  4. Mix in vanilla and vinegar.
  5. Spread the meringue into a wreath shape on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let it cool.
  7. Whip cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  8. Top the cooled meringue with whipped cream and berries.
