Description

A delicious blend of peanut butter and jelly in a flaky cruffin pastry.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup jelly or jam of choice
  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add softened butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together milk and egg.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
  6. Grease a muffin tin and fill each cup halfway with batter.
  7. Drop a spoonful of peanut butter and jelly into the center of each cup.
  8. Top with remaining batter to cover the filling.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool before serving.
