Description
A delicious blend of peanut butter and jelly in a flaky cruffin pastry.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup jelly or jam of choice
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add softened butter and mix until crumbly.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk and egg.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
- Grease a muffin tin and fill each cup halfway with batter.
- Drop a spoonful of peanut butter and jelly into the center of each cup.
- Top with remaining batter to cover the filling.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use your favorite jelly flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be served warm or at room temperature.
