A delicious peach caramel upside down cake with rich flavors.

- 2 cups sliced peaches
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt butter in a pan and stir in brown sugar until dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into a cake pan and arrange sliced peaches on top.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add eggs, milk, and vanilla to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Pour the batter over the peaches in the cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
Notes
- Use fresh or canned peaches.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
