Ingredients

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder and softened butter. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Roll it tightly into a log shape.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Melt chocolate chips with milk in a microwave.
- Dip the rolled peanut butter log into the melted chocolate.
- Let it set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before slicing.

- Use an electric mixer for a smoother texture.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be topped with crushed nuts for added crunch.
