Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped peanut butter cups
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together cream, milk, sugar, and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- In the last few minutes of churning, add chopped peanut butter cups and chocolate syrup.
- Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use natural peanut butter.
- Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
