Description
Rich and creamy peanut butter swirl fudge.
Ingredients

- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Pour half of the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan.
- In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of the peanut butter mixture over the chocolate layer.
- Pour the remaining chocolate mixture on top.
- Use a knife to swirl the peanut butter into the chocolate.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store fudge in an airtight container.
- Can be made ahead of time.
- Try using dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
