A healthy snack made with peanut protein, dates, and raspberries.
Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut protein powder
- 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Blend dates and almond milk until smooth.
- Add peanut protein powder and mix well.
- Fold in raspberries and chopped nuts if using.
- Spread the mixture onto a lined baking tray.
- Freeze for 2 hours until firm.
- Cut into bars and store in the fridge.
Notes
- Use fresh or dried raspberries for added flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by adding honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Store bars in an airtight container for up to a week.
