Description

A rich and moist pound cake infused with pecan, caramel, and cinnamon flavors topped with cream cheese frosting.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  3. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Mix in cream cheese and vanilla extract.
  6. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  7. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  8. Fold in chopped pecans and caramel sauce.
  9. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
  10. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  11. Let cool before removing from the pan.
