Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar, divided
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and chopped pecans.
  5. Pour mixture over crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes until set.
  7. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce and top with additional pecans.
