- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the chopped pecans on a baking sheet.
- Toast the pecans in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and sweetened condensed milk over low heat.
- Stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
- Mix in the toasted pecans.
- Pour the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread evenly.
- Let it cool until set, then break into pieces.
