A delicious layered dessert combining pecan pie flavors with lasagna structure.
Ingredients

- 1 package of lasagna noodles
- 2 cups of chopped pecans
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of whipped topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and mix with brown sugar, heavy cream, and salt over medium heat.
- Layer noodles, cream cheese mixture, and pecans in a baking dish.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used up.
- Pour the butter mixture over the top layer.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes and then top with whipped topping.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can be made a day ahead of serving.
- Adjust pecan quantity to taste.
