Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package of lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups of chopped pecans
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup of whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter and mix with brown sugar, heavy cream, and salt over medium heat.
  5. Layer noodles, cream cheese mixture, and pecans in a baking dish.
  6. Repeat layers until ingredients are used up.
  7. Pour the butter mixture over the top layer.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes.
  9. Let it cool for 10 minutes and then top with whipped topping.
