Description
A quick and easy snack made with pepper jelly and cream cheese, rolled in tortillas and cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 cup pepper jelly
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the pepper jelly and cream cheese until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the mixture.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly.
- Cut each roll into 1-inch pieces.
- Place the pinwheels in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray the pinwheels with cooking spray.
- Air fry at 350°F for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of pepper jelly to taste.
- For a spicier version, add jalapeños.
- Serve with additional pepper jelly for dipping.
