- 1 flatbread
- 1/2 cup pesto
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread pesto evenly over the flatbread.
- Layer shredded chicken on top of the pesto.
- Add mozzarella cheese and cherry tomatoes.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before slicing.
