Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms. Cook until softened.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, salt, and pepper.
- In a greased baking dish, layer the hash browns and beef mixture.
- Top with provolone cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
