A tasty and simple Philly cheesesteak bowl recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ribeye steak, sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or quinoa for serving
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
- Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Push vegetables to the side, add steak to the skillet, season with salt and pepper.
- Cook steak until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Mix vegetables and steak together in the skillet.
- Top with provolone cheese, cover until melted.
- Serve over cooked rice or quinoa.

- Use leftover steak for a quicker meal.
- Add jalapeños for extra spice.
