Description
Delicious philly cheesesteak rolls filled with beef, cheese, and peppers.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
- 1 package of egg roll wrappers
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and peppers, sauté until soft.
- Add steak, cook until browned.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Place a slice of cheese on each egg roll wrapper.
- Add a spoonful of the steak mixture on top of the cheese.
- Roll the wrapper tightly and seal the edges.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
- Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
- Can use different cheese varieties as preferred.
