Description

Delicious philly cheesesteak rolls filled with beef, cheese, and peppers.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1 package of egg roll wrappers
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and peppers, sauté until soft.
  3. Add steak, cook until browned.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  6. Place a slice of cheese on each egg roll wrapper.
  7. Add a spoonful of the steak mixture on top of the cheese.
  8. Roll the wrapper tightly and seal the edges.
  9. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  10. Drain on paper towels before serving.
