A delicious twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak using tortellini.
Ingredients

- 12 oz tortellini
- 1 lb thinly sliced beef
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced onions
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté until soft.
- Add the beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Once the beef is cooked, add the cooked tortellini to the skillet.
- Toss everything together and sprinkle with provolone cheese.
- Cover the skillet until the cheese melts.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- You can use cooked chicken instead of beef.
- Add mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Adjust the cheese type based on preference.
