Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup pickled peppers, chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, pickled peppers, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into small balls.
- Roll each ball in breadcrumbs to coat.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Serve cold or at room temperature.
Notes
- Adjust the level of spice by choosing milder or hotter peppers.
- Can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
