- 1 can Pillsbury Biscuits
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Open the biscuit can and separate the biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit and place a tablespoon of cheese in the center.
- Fold the biscuit over the cheese and seal it.
- Dip each ball into the garlic butter mixture.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
